1.  5 years child with cerebral palsy treated by OSSCS and vigorous therapy programme

2. A 24 years girl with cerebral palsy not able to walk or stand without support since birth treated by Orthopaedic selective spasticity control surgery (OSSCS)and vigorous therapy programme. now she started walking and standing unsupported

3. A 3 years child with cerebral palsy not able to stand & walk without support since birth on physiotherapy since early age. treated by botulinum toxin and NDT at age 3 and now at age 6 treated by OSSCS and therapy. now he is able to manage all their routine activity on his own

5.26 year boy with cerebral palsy, left his eng course due to sever spasticity and not able to walk a long distance before surgery. now he he is able to mange his routine activity on his own and continued to have his eng. Course after surgery.

6. 19 year girl with cerebral palsy since birthwith sever deformity in both upper and lower limb, not able to stand, walk . now after 3 month of OSSCS and therapy she is able to walk and stand without any support

7.8 year boy with qudraplegic cerebral palsy with abnormal persistance of primitive reflexes. After OSSCS primitive reflexes disappear and started manage to sit and stand with little support

8. 3 year boy with spastic cerebra palsy , not able to sit, stand and walk without support. initialy he was treated by botulinum toxin and therapy and started managing to sit and stand with little support and at age 6.5 year with OSSCS he is able to walk and run without support with in a 2 month

9. 12 year girl with Post Polio residual paralysis and flail both lower limb along with sever deformity of both lower limb . she never walk after 1 year of age. now after 5 month of surgery she started walking with little support
